• While there are rightly security concerns around the use of Gen AI, if organisations are ahead of the curve, they are able to control the narrative around its uses and applications in the business
• Personalisation and contextualisation can be unlocked to a new scale never seen before with the help of Gen AI
• Gen AI is a tool, not a solution and it's imperative that L&D professionals see it as such
